We have been going nonstop and stressed over the last week trying to get my website up and running. We haven’t really had any downtime. We are taught to treat our bodies as God’s temple. To me that means doing things to keep it healthy. When we don’t listen to our bodies, they will make us listen. Today I woke to lower back pain. After a visit to my Chiro I’m feeling some better. I have to do better and take some time to rest, relax and recharge. How about you, are you getting the right amount of downtime? If not, why not start today? Thanks for reading!
We spent all afternoon working on my web site. We tried it on our own and couldn’t figure it out no matter what we did. We finally found a step by step guide and started following it. It’s not finished but we are on our way! That’s the way it is sometimes in life. We try it on our own and no matter what, we can’t figure it out. God gave us a step by step guide called the Bible. We know it’s there, but we have a hard time using it don’t we? Why is that that? Thanks for reading!
Today we both knew we had to be in Aiken to pick up our Zacon order and needed to run some errands while there. I didn’t ask what time we needed to leave and I wasn’t ready to go on time to be able to eat lunch at our favorite restaurant. We hardly ever fuss but today we did. If we had planned and communicated with each other this wouldn’t have happened. God is always teaching us isn’t he? Thanks for reading!
How is your Hope Meter? Are you good or do you feel you are running on empty? I love the Danny Gokey song “Hope in front of me”. It reminds me no matter what I’ve been been through, I still have hope. It’s right in front of me and that Hope is called Jesus. He is there in the good and the bad and will always, always, always be there no matter what. Thanks for reading!
